What is My Macmillan?

My Macmillan is the place where you can access be.Macmillan and information about volunteering opportunities with just one login.

How does it work?

You can switch between the different sites using the navigation at the top left of your screen. You won’t need to login again or change your details.

And if you’ve applied for a volunteering opportunity, you can save your details for the next time you find something you’d like to do.

You can also save pages and see what’s happening near you.

This is just the beginning. We’ll be adding more services to My Macmillan to make it easier for you, to help you look after your information and find what you’re looking for.

Where can I get more information about the different sites?

How do I login?

You can log in using the login link, which you’ll see at the top right of this page. Selecting it will take you to a login page where you’ll be asked to login or create an account. Once you have, you can access be.Macmillan using one login and you’ll be taken back to the page you were on before you logged in.

You can also login or create an account when you apply for a volunteering opportunity. If you’ve already created an account your details will be filled out for you.

My account says it has been locked out

We may lock accounts if something doesn’t seem right. This might be because you’ve entered the wrong password too many times. Or it can be because other people are trying to get into your account. So we lock it to keep all your information safe.

If your account is locked we can unlock it for you. Please email webmanager@macmillan.org.uk from the email address you used to sign up.
