What is my.Macmillan?

It makes it easier for you to access be.Macmillan and the Online Community through having just one login. We will be adding more Macmillan sites in 2013. Find out more about my.Macmillan.

How do I login?

The login link, which you’ll see at the top right of this page, will take you to my.Macmillan. There you will be asked to login or create an account. Once you have, you can access both be.Macmillan and the Online Community.

What is remember me?

If you tick remember me, the next time you visit a Macmillan website you will automatically be logged in to your my.Macmillan account. If you don't want to do this, then just logout.

I've forgotten my password

You can reset your password by visiting the forgotten password page when you next try to login.

My account says it has been locked out

If an account is suspected of suspicious activity we may block access to it for security purposes. If you feel that this is a mistake, please contact my@macmillan.org.uk through the email address you used for your my.Macmillan account.

Why do I get taken to my.Macmillan to change my details whilst on be.Macmillan or the Online Community?

With my.Macmillan you can edit your information on multiple Macmillan sites from one location. This information is stored in one place, so you know you are editing your details across Macmillan. Once you make your changes, you are redirected to where you were before.

How do I add a new Online Community or be.Macmillan account to my.Macmillan?

Login to my.Macmillan, navigate to the site you wish to add and click on the add account button. Alternatively, login whilst on the site you wish to add and you will automatically be taken through the steps to add a new account.

How do I add an existing Online Community or be.Macmillan account to my.Macmillan?

Login to my.Macmillan, navigate to the site you wish to add and click on the add account button. Alternatively, login whilst on the site you wish to add and you will automatically be taken through the steps to add an existing account.

I've registered two accounts for different email addresses - how do I add them both to my.Macmillan?

If you wish to merge these accounts please contact my@macmillan.org.uk with the details for the existing accounts.
